Saint Peter College Seminary aims to prepare potential young seminarians for theological studies. Formation is geared towards human development with special emphasis on intellectual (philosophical
studies), pastoral (apostolic zeal), social (community living), and spiritual (prayer life). The formation takes five years. This school year, SPCS has 78 seminarians, 61 of which are the from the Diocese of Butuan and the rest are from the Diocese of Tandag.
