with the priests, religious, and loy faithful of Butuon on the celebration of the
50th Foundation Anniversary of the Diocese. 

With the numerous apostolic initiatives you ore to undertake in coincidence with this year of grace, I pray that all may And in the goodness of the risen Lord the power to overcome with patience and love every difficulty and to
announce to the world the Gospel of solvation brought by Christ (cfr. Lumen
gentium, 7 d).

Invoking the maternal intercession of the Virgin Mary, Mother of the Church, and
of St. Joseph, her most chose Spouse, in the nome of the Successor of Peter, I
hove the honor to transmit the Apostolic Blessing that His Holiness Pope Francis
imports with affection to the Pastor of the Diocese, to the concelebrants, to
the faithful present at the thanksgiving liturgy and to all who participate in it
spiritually.
