butuan clergy attend financial literacy seminar

Through the ceaseless efforts and initiative of the Apostolic Administrator of Butuan, Archbishop Antonio J. Ledesma, SJ, DD, a Seminar on Financial Management for the Clergy of Butuan was conducted on September 17-18, 2018 at San Lorenzo Ruiz Pastoral Center, Ampayon, Butuan City.

This is in connection with the standardization of the living allowance of the Clergy of Butuan which is now being implemented in the diocese. The said seminar was attended and participated in by 38 priests from different parishes and special apostolates. Sr. Maria Clarita P. Cinco, RVM and Sr. Genevieve B. Guyano, MSHF, who served as resource speakers and facilitators, highlighted the importance of transparency, honesty and accountability of priests and religious in whatever undertaking they are in.
